  • How does it work?

    Reserving a vacation property on VRResNetwork.com is as easy as booking a hotel room or airfare online. A customer goes onto VRResNetwork.com and searches for available vacation properties. If the customer chooses your vacation property, then they are lead through the reservation and booking process. When a customer reserves a vacation property, an email confirmation is immediately sent to you, the customer, and VRResNetwork.com. Your vacation property (s) will be listed on VRResNetwork.com with all of your rental details (pricing, vacation property details, cleaning fees, pool heat, etc) for the customer to view and shop.

  • How do you know about my availability and pricing?

    You have complete control of your availability and pricing, 24 hours a day. You will have a login to our vacation property Owner’s section on VRResNetwork.com. When you log into the website there is a calendar for each vacation property that can be updated with the click of a button. As far as rates are concerned, rates can be changed daily based on demand. VRResNetwork.com does require that we have rate parody with your company.

  • How do you know about my vacation property (s) details?

    We will load your vacation property details with the correct detail information, supplied by you. The most detailed information is best so the customers can view your vacation property in detail and make and educated decision. This also allows our call center to speak to the customer as if they were looking at your vacation property and represent your company professionally. Any special requirements that are specific to your company, such as any restrictions, check in and check out times, special requirements etc, are put in place on each vacation property listing.

  • How do I know when a vacation rental is booked?

    You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the vacation property is reserved. The calendar on your vacation property listing will be automatically updated with a ‘B’ for ‘Booked’, so the vacation property will not be able to be double booked from our website. The email confirmation will have all of the customer’s information as well as a breakdown of the charges and the rental agreement. You can add multiple email addresses if you would like more than one person to receive the notifications.

  • How much does it cost?

    There is no set up, listing, or monthly fee to have your vacation property(s) displayed on VRResNetwork.com until a booking is made. Any commissions applied are only to the base nightly rate, which range from 5-20% and this is only if we produce a reservation for you. We do not earn commission on taxes, cleaning fees, pool heat, etc.

  • How and when am I paid?

    VRResNetwork.com processes the reservations and sends out payment to you within a few days of receiving payments from the customer. The payments come with a back up copy of the customer’s invoice and breakdown of the charges. Depending when the reservation is made, VRResNetwork.com will collect a reservation deposit (if made more than 30 days prior to pick up), or full payment if made within 30 days. VRResNetwork.com sends you full payment on the vacation property before the customer checks in.

  • When can I contact the renter?

    As soon as you receive the emailed booking confirmation, we encourage communication between you and the renter. This way you can discuss check in procedure and any other details relative to the rental.

  • What if I have my own rental documents I want the customer to sign?

    VRResNetwork.com has a standard booking agreement to cover all parties involved. If you have an addendum to the booking agreement, we can add them to the standard agreement. You can still have the customer sign your rental documents before they arrive so the customer is agreeing to our agreement and yours.

  • How are customers finding VRResNetwork.com?

    VRResNetwork.com is primarily an internet company. A percentage of every booking is reinvested into marketing your vacation property on the web. We work with hundreds of affiliates and corporate clients as well.

  • Do you offer rental management software?

    No, VRResNetwork.com offers something better! Our exclusive rental management program is internet based and free for any of our vendors to utilize. VRResNetwork.com takes the hassle and “brain damage” out of reservation process and allows you to look at the big picture of your business. Not only does VRResNetwork.com make booking an vacation property easier and more streamlined, we also can help you maximize your revenue potential with our daily revenue management option to price for the peak and valleys of the industry.

If there are many people looking at your vacation property and few bookings, we will give you tips for improving your reservations by improving pictures, offering specials, and targeting a more aggressive price point. VRResNetwork.com also tracks what city and states customers are looking for, so if you are interested in your city traffic, we will be happy to share our findings with you.
